By using https://thefreedomhall.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Site is operated by The Freedom Hall, located at 528 W Main, Vernal, Utah, and provides classes, a local market, and a private members-only marketplace.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created when you sign up, donate, or purchase a membership.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
- Users may cancel accounts or request data deletion at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support@thefreedomhall.org.
3. Memberships & Donations
- Recurring memberships/donations are processed through a third-party credit card processor.
- Recurring Payments: Charges continue until canceled by the user. To cancel, adjust settings in your account or contact our team.
- Refunds are subject to our discretion and outlined during checkout.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the Site lawfully; no harassment, fraud, or disruption of services.
- Members-only content is for personal use; sharing access is prohibited.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
6. Disclaimers
